</a>TH02 is the second Thai project of Singapore-based Evolution Data Centres, listed on the operator's market page alongside its Bang Na site TH01. The campus is located on Thanon Phraeksa in Mueang Samut Prakan District, on the southeastern edge of the Bangkok metropolitan area, and covers 96,800 sqm. Evolution quotes 200 MW of IT load, a projected PUE below 1.3 and a choice of air-cooled or liquid-cooled halls, which positions the site for GPU and AI deployments as well as conventional hyperscale cloud. Ready-for-service is given as Q2 2027, and seven network providers are confirmed on the page. The operator is backed by Warburg Pincus and Zero Two, a division of the Abu Dhabi sovereign wealth fund, and cooperates with Banpu NEXT on energy services for its Thai and Vietnamese sites. Tenant names, certifications and the energy supply arrangement for TH02 have not been published, and the 200 MW figure is the operator's own target rather than energised capacity.
