NextGen Data Center and Cloud Services (DAMAC Digital)

NextGen Data Center and Cloud Services, the Thai project entity of Dubai-based DAMAC Digital, received Thai Board of Investment approval on 10 November 2025 for a THB 26.7 billion (about US$826 million) hyperscale data center planned for 84 MW of IT load. The project is sited in the Navanakorn Industrial Estate in Pathum Thani province, just north of Bangkok, alongside three other data center approvals from the same BOI session — Telehouse, Vistas Technology and Zenith Data Center and Cloud Services — that together carried a combined 376 MW and roughly US$3.1 billion in investment. DAMAC Digital, the data center arm of Dubai's DAMAC Group, has separately outlined ambitions for a roughly 6 GW pipeline of hyperscale capacity across multiple continents, of which this Thai project is one confirmed BOI-approved building block. Reporting on the approval describes a hyperscale-class design supporting up to 140 kW per server cabinet, consistent with AI training and inference workloads. As with most projects at the BOI-approval stage, an exact site address, construction start date and delivery timeline have not yet been disclosed by the operator.
