Zenith Data Center and Cloud Services Co., Ltd. received Thai Board of Investment approval on 10 November 2025 for a THB 54.9 billion (about US$1.7 billion) hyperscale data center project, the single largest of a four-project approval wave that carried a combined 376 MW and roughly US$3.1 billion in investment. Zenith's project is planned for 200 MW of IT load — more than half of the wave's total capacity — and is sited in the same Navanakorn Industrial Estate in Pathum Thani province as DAMAC Digital's 84 MW NextGen project, alongside Telehouse's 12 MW Bangkok facility and Vistas Technology's 80 MW Chonburi campus. Unlike Telehouse (a KDDI subsidiary) and Vistas Technology (linked to China's ZDATA Technologies), trade press coverage of the BOI approval describes Zenith as a Thailand-registered entity without a clearly identified international parent company, and the company does not appear to maintain a public-facing website as of this writing. As with the other projects in this approval batch, BOI disclosure covers investment value and planned IT load but not an exact site address, construction start date or delivery timeline.

  • THB 54.9 billion (~US$1.7 billion) approved by Thailand BOI on 10 November 2025
  • 200 MW planned IT load — largest single project in its BOI approval wave
  • Located in Navanakorn Industrial Estate, Pathum Thani, alongside DAMAC Digital's NextGen project
  • Part of a four-project, 376 MW, ~US$3.1 billion BOI approval wave
  • No confirmed international parent company or public website identified
