ETIX Bangkok 1 (BKK1)

ETIX Bangkok 1 is the first Southeast Asian data center built by French developer ETIX Everywhere, operated locally as a joint venture with Interlink Telecom under the entity ETIX ITEL Bangkok. The facility sits in Bang Phli district, Samut Prakan, on the southeastern edge of the Bangkok metropolitan area, and has grown from an initial 600 kW of IT capacity to roughly 5 MW across about 850 racks. It holds Uptime Institute Tier III Certification of both Design Documents (2017) and Constructed Facility (2018), plus ISO 27001, ISO 50001, ISO 14001, and PCI DSS compliance. ETIX markets the site as powered substantially by on-site renewable generation — rooftop solar combined with biogas — with an average PUE below 1.4, a notable efficiency claim in a market where most colocation capacity still runs on grid power without on-site generation. The campus also includes a second, larger building (ETIX Bangkok 2, tracked separately in this catalog) still under construction with a stated 23 MW design capacity. Unlike much of Bangkok's colocation supply, which concentrates in the central business district or industrial estates further east, ETIX's campus sits closer to Suvarnabhumi Airport.
