State operator TSTT's Mausica Data Centre in D'Abadie, commissioned 2010, states it is the only Caribbean facility holding both an EPI DCOS Maturity Level 3 rating and ANSI/TIA-942-B Rated 3 certification alongside a SOC Type 2 attestation. Informatics Ltd's Charlieville facility, commissioned June 2015 as a dedicated colocation building rather than an internal computer room, hosts Digicel Trinidad & Tobago's entire Phase 1 (46 racks) as anchor tenant, backed by a 300 kW generator and chilled-water cooling; the operator's own Tier 3-standard claim is not Uptime-certified. A third Uptime Institute-listed Tier III facility in the country belongs to a systems-integrator subsidiary and was not confirmed as an open commercial colocation offering, so it remains excluded here. Business electricity runs just $0.053/kWh (GlobalPetrolPrices, Dec 2025), among the lowest in the Western Hemisphere, underwritten by domestic natural gas production.
