Telehouse's Istanbul facility opened in 2011 as the operator's entry into the Turkish market, built and run in partnership with local telecommunications integrator Teknotel Telekomünikasyon. The site sits in Kozyatağı, a commercial district on the Asian side of the Bosphorus next to a metro station, and Telehouse markets it as one of the first genuinely carrier-neutral data centres in the country. Standard cabinet allocation runs 4 kW per rack, with up to 4.8 kW available on request, backed by 2N+1 redundant standby generators rated for 48 hours of autonomy at full load and 2N+1 close-control air conditioning holding 24°C ±2 and 50% ±20 humidity in a hot/cold aisle layout. The operator has certified the facility to ISO/IEC 27001 for information security. Services span rack colocation, dedicated server leasing and virtual private servers, with multiple carrier options for cross-connects. Neither total IT power capacity, floor area nor a formal Uptime or TIA tier rating is published; as Telehouse's only currently disclosed Turkish site, it anchors the operator's presence in a market bridging Europe and the Middle East.
