DAMAC Digital IZM-01 is a data center in the Gaziemir district of İzmir, developed as a 50-50 joint venture between DAMAC Digital (the data center arm of Dubai's DAMAC Group, operating locally as Red Haven Veri Merkezi Anonim Şirketi) and Vodafone Türkiye. The facility's first phase was inaugurated on September 4, 2026, with an initial capacity of 4 MW across more than 650 cabinets and 7,500 square meters of space. The site holds Uptime Institute Tier III certification for both its design documents and its constructed facility, and incorporates seismic isolation technology intended to protect operations against earthquakes. The partners have stated an intention to expand capacity to 20 MW as part of a longer-term investment reaching approximately $300 million, positioning the site for AI and GPU-related workloads, though that expansion had not been completed as of the facility's opening.
