Ark Longcross Park (Chertsey)

Longcross Park is Ark Data Centres' Surrey campus, built inside a 300-acre 'Garden Village' development in Chertsey within the Enterprise M3 corridor. In 2026 Ark announced a £7.5 billion UK expansion roadmap that includes a new liquid-cooled, AI-optimised facility at Longcross Park for Nebius, which brought an initial 4,000 Nvidia Blackwell Ultra GPUs into operation there from Q4 2025 to serve UK startups, research institutes, enterprises and public-sector bodies including the NHS. Beyond the Nebius deployment, planning approvals cover vertical extensions to existing buildings and a further 36MW data hall (LP02), alongside supporting infrastructure upgrades across the site. Like Ark's other UK campuses, Longcross Park is built from recyclable modular steel rather than concrete and combines direct air-cooling with liquid cooling for high-density racks, targeting a strong PUE. The site carries Ark's standard ISO 27001/22301/50001 certification set, Cyber Essentials Plus and PCI DSS. Exact total campus power is not disclosed, though the LP02 expansion alone is rated at 36MW.
