PHX01-01 is the first of five planned hyperscale buildings on Prime Data Centers' PHX01 campus along S. Avondale Boulevard in Avondale, part of the greater Phoenix metro. At full build the 66.5-acre, 1.3 million sq ft site will house five 48 MW buildings for a combined 240 MW of critical IT capacity across 20 data halls, with an on-site 250 MW substation whose first phase has already been energized. PHX01-01 through PHX01-03 broke ground in May 2026 and have leased capacity, positioning the campus as one of the largest hyperscale AI-focused developments in the Southwest. The building uses closed-loop air and liquid cooling for AI workloads and targets SOC 2 Type II compliance with ISO 27001 certification in progress; no Tier rating is published. Prime, headquartered in Dallas, markets the campus with a committed path to 100% renewable power.
