DartPoints Baton Rouge (BTR02)

DartPoints Baton Rouge 2 (BTR02) is a purpose-built colocation facility with 27,400 sq ft of white space, including a 25,800 sq ft data hall, delivering 400 kW of critical IT load. The operator states the site is fed by up to 3 MVA of utility power, backed by 4,000 kW of on-site generation and redundant UPS, with 760 tons of N+1 cooling capacity. BTR02 sits adjacent to DartPoints' original Baton Rouge facility, BTR01, giving customers the option of splitting workloads across two buildings for geographic redundancy within the same metro. The site is built roughly 50 feet above sea level and outside the 500-year floodplain — a flood-risk detail DartPoints publishes for its Gulf Coast locations. Connectivity is carrier-neutral with diverse fiber entries and seven on-site network providers offering 1G to 100G interconnection. DartPoints does not publish rack count or maximum density per rack. Security is manned around the clock with smartcard and biometric access plus CCTV surveillance. The operator holds an AICPA SOC attestation and was named to the Inc. 5000 in 2025, though that is a growth-company ranking rather than a facility certification.
