Ada Infrastructure VA1

VA1 is Ada Infrastructure's first announced North American campus, a 314-acre master-planned site in Virginia's emerging I-95 South data center corridor, south of the long-established Northern Virginia (Ashburn/Loudoun) cluster. The company plans to build the site out in two phases to a total of 400 MW of IT load: Phase 1 covers two buildings for 200 MW, with a second, currently unscheduled 200 MW phase to follow. Ada has secured a 300 MVA power position for the campus and targets first power delivery in 2028. The design is built to support either liquid cooling or traditional air-cooled environments depending on tenant requirements, positioning the site for high-density AI hardware as well as conventional enterprise and hyperscale workloads. Buildings are designed for concurrent maintainability, an annualized design PUE of 1.3, up to three points of entry per building and up to four diverse property entrance vaults for carrier-neutral connectivity, with a target of LEED BD+C Data Center Gold certification.
