Lunavi Cheyenne Data Center

Lunavi's Cheyenne, Wyoming facility at 340 Progress Circle is the flagship site of a company that started as Green House Data before rebranding to Lunavi in 2020; the building itself changed hands in 2025 when a Harrison Street/1547 Critical Systems Realty joint venture acquired it from CIM Group, with Lunavi continuing on as operating tenant and brand. The site runs at 4 MW of critical IT load against 5 MW of concurrently-maintainable capacity, with room to expand to 8 MW, and uses custom Vertiv indirect-evaporative cooling units tuned to draw on Wyoming's dry climate for outside-air economization, reporting an average PUE of 1.17 and a best-case figure of 1.05. Lunavi holds HIPAA/HITECH, SOC 1 Type II, SOC 2 Type II and PCI SAQ D attestations, aimed at enterprise and regulated-industry colocation tenants. Cheyenne's low humidity, inexpensive power and central US location have made it a recurring site choice for data center operators seeking free-cooling economics outside the major coastal markets; Lunavi also operates a smaller site in Bellingham, Washington, not covered by this entry.
