Atlanta East is DC BLOX's hyperscale campus on Farmer Road in Conyers, Rockdale County, about 24 miles east of downtown Atlanta. At full build the site will hold four buildings — one 10 MW and three 48 MW — totaling 154 MW of committed and planned critical power across 747,787 sq ft. Construction, which broke ground in 2024, is engineered for 135 mph winds with 15-foot ceiling heights and a targeted annualized design PUE of 1.3 at full load. DC BLOX designs the campus to a Tier III basis of design with optional Uptime Institute certification, and to support SOC 2 Type II, NIST 800-171 and HIPAA/HITRUST compliance once operational. Connectivity plans include at least three diverse points of entry and dark fiber routes to Atlanta's internet exchanges and onward to DC BLOX's Myrtle Beach cable landing station. No specific completion date for the first building is published.
