Equinix DA11 is a 4-story, purpose-built reinforced-concrete IBX at 1990 North Stemmons Freeway in Dallas, marketed as the operator's newest facility in the metro and a major communications hub for the southern US. It lists 72,000 sq ft (6,689 sqm) of colocation space, the largest single Dallas facility covered here. Disclosed specs show N+2 power, cooling, UPS and generator redundancy — the highest published redundancy tier among the Dallas portfolio — with generator autonomy of 30 hours or more at full load, a minimum cabinet density of 6 kVA on 240V/415V distribution (a higher voltage than the operator's older Dallas suites), and biometric access with mantraps and 24/7 video surveillance. Sustainability disclosures list 2025 wind RECs from Texas and Oklahoma virtual power purchase agreements, Green-e RECs from the US and Canada, a pollinator monitoring program, free cooling and hot/cold aisle containment — the most extensive sustainability disclosure among the Dallas suites. Available products include High-Density Cooling and Equinix Flex Space. Certifications named are HECVAT, HIPAA, ISO 22301, ISO 27001, ISO 50001, ISO 9001, LEED, NIST 800-53/FISMA High, PCI DSS, SOC 1 Type II and SOC 2 Type II. Total power capacity in MW, cabinet count and opening year are not published.
