H5 Colo Dallas

H5 Colo is a Dallas-founded, privately held colocation provider distinct from the similarly named national operator H5 Data Centers. Its facility occupies the second floor of the 4 Park Central building at 12712 Park Central Drive, near the High Five interchange at the geographic center of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, with roughly 20,000 sq ft of hardened data center space plus dedicated business-continuity seating. The company, founded in 2008 and operating the site since 2009, says the facility has held 100% uptime on critical systems since inception, drawing power from three independent 17 MW utility feeds off Oncor for a combined 17 MW of capacity. Construction is hardened with pre-cast, 18-inch steel-reinforced concrete walls and an upgraded roof rating. H5 Colo runs the site to SSAE 18 Type 2 SOC 2 compliance with PCI and HIPAA physical-security attestations, and offers colocation, disaster-recovery and network-connectivity services alongside lab and office space for tenants, positioning itself as a single-market alternative to the larger national wholesale operators active in North Texas.
