Hivelocity's Dallas 1 facility sits at 1515 Round Table Drive in the Design District northwest of downtown Dallas, inside a 68,500 sq ft raised-floor building the bare-metal and colocation provider operates as its Texas hub. The site runs on a 4 MW power base built around two 2 MW Cummins generators, with N+1 battery UPS and an N+1 block electrical system providing redundancy through utility interruptions. Hivelocity, originally a Tampa-founded hosting company, built out Dallas as one of a small number of owned (not leased) facilities in its network, distinguishing DAL1 from the reseller/PoP model common among bare-metal providers. The operator holds SSAE-16 SOC 1 Type 2 and ISAE 3402 attestations alongside HIPAA and PCI compliance, positioning the facility for healthcare and payments workloads as well as general colocation and dedicated servers. A second Dallas building once marketed as DAL2, inside the Infomart at 1950 N Stemmons Freeway, no longer appears on Hivelocity's own locations page and is presumed folded into DAL1 or discontinued. DAL1 remains the operator's sole active Dallas-Fort Worth presence.
