Prime Data Centers DFW01-01

DFW01-01 is the operational half of Prime Data Centers' two-building DFW01 campus in Dallas, an 8.44-acre site built around seven data halls with closed-loop cooling and infrastructure galleries designed to give tenants data-hall privacy. The building contributes 8 MW of critical power and roughly 107,000 sq ft to the campus, which totals 20 MW and 213,000 sq ft once its sister building, DFW01-02, is complete. Prime markets the site as a multi-tenant enterprise data center rather than a single-tenant hyperscale shell, targeting SOC 2 Type II compliance with ISO 27001 certification in progress. The operator, headquartered in Dallas with a broader North American and European portfolio spanning Austin, Chicago, Los Angeles, Phoenix, Sacramento, Silicon Valley, Frankfurt and Madrid, positions the campus with committed access to 100% renewable energy and describes the design as AI-ready. No Tier rating or specific certification body audit date is published for the building beyond the SOC 2/ISO 27001 status listed on Prime's own site.
