QTS Eagle Mountain is the operator's first data center campus in Utah, under construction in Eagle Mountain City, Utah County, in the fibre-rich Intermountain West. QTS describes a first phase of five buildings across roughly 193 acres, with Buildings 1, 2 and 3 already under construction and Buildings 4 and 5 following over the next several years. In the first phase the largest building is 592,000 sq ft and the smallest 579,000 sq ft. QTS puts the investment at $6 billion and expects more than 2,000 construction jobs and about 100 permanent positions, including tenant and contractor staff. The campus uses a closed-loop cooling design, and the operator says it will keep buffer screens and berms to limit visual impact. QTS states it has no further expansion details to share. Power capacity in MW, the street address and delivery dates are not published, and the rendering on the page is labelled concept only.
