TierPoint Fort Worth

TierPoint's Fort Worth data center, at 13701 Independence Parkway in the northern part of the city, is the largest building by disclosed square footage in the operator's US portfolio: 208,000+ sq ft total, with 45,000+ sq ft of raised floor. Backup power comes from eight 2.25 MW redundant generators — about 18 MW combined — each rated for a minimum 48-hour runtime, feeding an A-side/B-side distribution design. TierPoint advertises high-density cabinets at the facility for GPU and high-performance-compute deployments, and the site is connected by DWDM links to the operator's two other Dallas-Fort Worth buildings, Dallas-Allen and a Dallas facility on Irving Boulevard. The operator states SOC 1 Type II and SOC 2 Type II audits, ISO 27001 certification, and HIPAA, PCI-DSS, GLBA and NIST SP 800-53 coverage for the facility, plus ITAR and Data Privacy Framework registration. No Uptime Institute Tier certification, PUE or specific IT power capacity is published for this building; the generator figures describe backup capacity, not usable critical load.
