DFWA is Stream Data Centers' hyperscale building in Garland, part of a Dallas-Fort Worth portfolio the Dallas-headquartered developer has grown since its first facility in 1999. Stream commissioned the first phase of DFWA in January 2020 on a 23-acre site, expanding it into a 275,000 sq ft data center that now delivers 43 MW of critical capacity. Power is drawn through two utility feeds from a 95 MW on-site Oncor substation, giving the building headroom within its already-energized infrastructure. Stream lists DFWA as fully leased on its own locations page, alongside a wider North Texas footprint that has included nine earlier DFW-numbered buildings in Dallas, Plano and Richardson (several since sold) plus the newer, larger DFWB and DFWC campuses in Wilmer. As with the rest of Stream's current portfolio, no third-party facility certifications are published for DFWA on the operator's site.
