AWS's PIT100 masterplan is a proposed multi-building data center campus at the Homer City Energy Campus, about 50 miles east of Pittsburgh in Indiana County, Pennsylvania. Amazon Data Services filed a preliminary land development plan with the county planning commission on 28 August 2026. Trade reports describe 36 two-story buildings of roughly 225,000 square feet each on about 1,100 acres, while AWS's own project narrative dated 27 August refers to about 2,200 acres and 39 buildings, so the final scope is not settled. The filing proposes four construction phases starting in December 2026 and full completion by June 2036. The site is tied to a planned 4.5 GW natural gas plant being built by Homer City Redevelopment, most of whose output is intended for the campus. The application was tabled after a September planning commission meeting attended by more than 100 residents who raised noise, water and property-boundary concerns. No IT capacity figure has been published, so power is shown as unknown.
