Edged DFW01 is the smaller of Edged's two Dallas-Fort Worth campuses, on a 15-acre site at 300 North Loop 12 in Irving, Texas. The facility totals 48 MW of capacity across two connected buildings, DFW01-1 and DFW01-2, built to the operator's Tier III design standard. Edged is the rebranded continuation of EdgeConneX's hyperscale and wholesale colocation business, and the Irving campus sits alongside a much larger 196 MW building the operator runs in Fort Worth on the same DFW market entry. Cooling runs on Edged's proprietary ThermalWorks system, a closed-loop design marketed as eliminating ongoing water consumption for cooling, relevant in a Texas market where water availability is a recurring constraint on large data center loads. No opening date, rack count, or third-party certification is published for DFW01. The Irving location places the campus close to Dallas Fort Worth International Airport and the metro's dense fiber routes along Loop 12.
