DFW02 is STACK's second Dallas-Fort Worth campus, in Lancaster, Texas, south of downtown Dallas in what the operator calls the metro's premier power corridor — a contrast to its older DFW01 campus in Plano to the north. STACK discloses 193 acres of land and more than 300 MW of critical capacity currently planned, with headroom the company markets as scaling to 500+ MW, aimed at the AI/ML and cloud demand that has pushed hyperscale campuses toward the less-built southern half of the metro, where large contiguous parcels and utility capacity are easier to secure than in Plano, Richardson or Carrollton.
