Novva North Las Vegas

Novva's North Las Vegas facility is a purpose-built 100 MW data center on a 20-acre campus, totaling about 275,000 sq ft (246,328 sq ft of building on the announced plan). The operator announced the $400 million project in 2021 with construction starting that October and the facility targeted to open in late 2023; the current facilities page lists it as an active 100 MW location now taking reservations. Cooling is water-free, using ambient desert air with closed-loop chillers for warmer periods, which Novva says saves an estimated 150–200 million gallons of water a year compared with evaporative designs, and the operator has flagged plans to deploy atmospheric water generation on site. Power is sourced through a renewable-energy partnership with NV Energy and an on-premise substation. Compliance attestations include SOC 1, SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001, ISO 22301 and PCI DSS, but no Uptime Institute or TIA-942 Tier certification is published for the site.
