Flexential Denver - Parker

Flexential is building a new 17-acre campus in Parker, roughly a mile from its existing Englewood data center in the Denver Tech Center area, as part of the operator's August 2026 announcement of $800 million in development financing across four markets. The Parker building is designed for 249,000 sq ft and 22.5 MW of critical load, using a 4:3 distributed-redundant UPS configuration with N+2 cooling and a 1.3 target power usage effectiveness. Flexential says the site is liquid-cooling-ready for up to 80+ kW per cabinet and is powered by Core Electric, a rural electric cooperative rather than a traditional investor-owned utility — a detail relevant to how the site's power costs and interconnection process work compared with Denver-metro sites on Xcel Energy. The facility's page lists a broader compliance framework than Flexential's older buildings, including HITRUST CSF and NIST 800-53/ITAR language aimed at government and regulated-industry tenants, though as with the operator's other under-construction sites, no third-party Uptime Institute or TIA-942 certification has been published yet, and no firm energization date is disclosed.
