Flexential Atlanta - Norcross 2

Flexential announced its fifth Atlanta-area data center in April 2026, a 48,000 sq ft building at 2755 Northwoods Parkway in Peachtree Corners, a suburb the operator's own press materials refer to interchangeably as "Norcross" and "Peachtree Corners" since the two adjoin each other northeast of the city. The facility is designed for 4.5 MW of critical load on a 4:3 distributed-redundant UPS configuration with N+1 cooling, targeting a 1.3 power usage effectiveness and describing itself as a "zero water use" design. Once built, Flexential says the addition will bring its total Atlanta-area footprint to roughly 800,000 sq ft and 73 MW across five buildings, powered by Georgia Power. The company's facility page lists SOC 1/2/3, HITRUST and ISO 27001 as compliance frameworks that apply company-wide rather than as site-specific certifications, since the building has not yet opened. No Uptime Institute or TIA-942 tier certification has been published for this site, and Flexential has not disclosed a general contractor or land-acquisition price.
