Vantage's Lighthouse campus sits on 672 acres in Port Washington, Wisconsin, about 30 minutes north of Milwaukee. The operator has announced 902 MW of planned critical IT load across four single-story data centers totaling 2.5 million sq ft, with completion scheduled for 2028 — making it, by disclosed capacity, the largest of Vantage's announced North American campuses. Rack densities are designed up to 1.4 kW/sq ft, and cooling combines conventional air-cooled chillers with liquid-to-liquid systems built to support GPU-class workloads. Power comes from We Energies, with Vantage citing 70% zero-emission generation (solar, wind and battery storage) and the remainder matched through renewable purchases for a 100% annual match. The campus runs N+1 mechanical and electrical redundancy, three meet-me-rooms and one point of entry per building, and is pursuing LEED certification rather than holding it yet. Vantage also cites a commitment to plant more than 2,000 native trees on the site as part of its sustainability program.
