Vantage's Quincy campus occupies 68 acres at 2101 M Street NE in Quincy, Washington, in Grant County's low-cost hydroelectric power region. Three data centers on the 775,000 sq ft site deliver 89 MW of critical IT load, cooled by a closed-loop chilled-water system with air-side economizers, CRAH units and custom indirect evaporative cooling under N+1 mechanical redundancy. It is one of the few Vantage campuses reviewed here with achieved third-party certification: the operator cites Uptime Institute Tier III Certification of Design Documents and of Constructed Facility, Tier III Gold Certification of Operational Sustainability, and LEED Gold from the U.S. Green Building Council. Power is drawn from a grid that is roughly two-thirds hydroelectric, which Vantage says supports some of the lowest per-kW power rates in the country. The site has four points of entry, multiple carrier-neutral meet-me-rooms and round-the-clock on-site security.
