365 Data Centers operates a 69,000-square-foot colocation facility at 11085 Sun Center Drive in Rancho Cordova, part of the Sacramento metro. The building was previously run by SunGard Availability Services before 365 Data Centers acquired SunGard's US colocation and network business in November 2022, continuing operations at the same site without a name change to the underlying campus. The facility offers 5 MW of critical power distributed across six N+1 UPS units, backed by an N+1 diesel generator plant with a 20,000-gallon fuel tank for extended runtime. Cooling is delivered by a 1,000-ton N+1 chilled-water plant across a 24-inch raised floor, with cold-aisle containment for higher-density deployments. The site includes two conference rooms and four dedicated customer suites alongside shared cage and cabinet space.
