Csquare IAD1

Csquare IAD1 is a colocation campus in Sterling, Virginia, seven miles from Dulles International Airport and roughly 30 miles from Reagan National Airport, in the Dulles Technology Corridor — one of the densest data center markets in the world. The facility is built out as five separate pods, giving Csquare's largest single utility power allocation across its North American and European portfolio. It anchors a two-building Sterling cluster together with the smaller IAD2 site, connected by low-latency dark fiber so tenants can span both buildings. The operator markets the campus for enterprises seeking a Northern Virginia presence with access to a broad roster of carrier-neutral network and cloud on-ramps through its Digital Exchange. Published compliance coverage spans SOC 1 and SOC 2 Type II, PCI-DSS, NIST 800-53 PE High, ISO 27001 and ENERGY STAR certification, alongside standard physical-security layers (mantraps, biometric access, ballistic glazing). Csquare (formerly the Centersquare / CyrusOne retail colocation business) does not publish a Tier rating or PUE figure for IAD1; those remain undisclosed.
