Equinix LA7

Equinix LA7 is a single-story building of tilt-up concrete panels with a steel frame at 1501 Francisco Street in Torrance, south of the operator's El Segundo cluster and the southernmost of its four current Los Angeles-metro IBX suites. The facility page lists 74,981 sq ft (6,966 sqm) of colocation space and a minimum cabinet density of 5 kVA on 120V/208V distribution. Published redundancy specs show N+1 power, generator redundancy described as "2/N+1", generator autonomy of 30 hours or more at full load, and cooling redundancy stated as "N+20%" — a different formulation than the N+1 cooling redundancy disclosed at LA1, LA3 and LA4. LA7 discloses biometric access control and entrance mantraps but, unlike LA4, does not list 24/7 video surveillance recording among its security features. Certifications named are HECVAT, HIPAA, ISO 22301, ISO 27001, ISO 50001, ISO 9001, NIST 800-53/FISMA High, PCI DSS, SOC 1 Type II and SOC 2 Type II; no LEED certification is listed. Total power capacity in MW, cabinet count and opening year are not published.
