Uptime Institute has certified the phase for both Tier III Design Documents and Tier III Constructed Facility, which DP Facilities describes as the first data center in Virginia designed and constructed to Tier III standards. The operator has outlined further phases that would add more than 200,000 sq ft on adjoining land, though those remain unbuilt.
