Kokand sits in the densely populated Fergana Valley, and Uzbektelecom's site there is the operator's eastern node, giving the sovereign cloud a presence more than 300 km from the Tashkent-region facilities that carry the bulk of its capacity. The operator publishes 1 MW of power capacity and 48 IT racks, hosting 10 GPU servers, 4,284 CPU cores, 116 TB of RAM and 7.59 PB of storage. It is one of three Uzbektelecom facilities in Uptime Institute's public registry, listed as Uztelecom Cloud Hub Kokand 1 with a Tier III Certification of Design Documents; the operator says Constructed Facility and Operational Sustainability certificates remain in progress across the fleet, so the awarded certificate covers design documents only. Site engineering is published as N+1 redundancy with dual power feeds, diesel generators carrying up to 72 hours of fuel, DWDM transport redundancy and up to 200 Gbps of backbone connectivity, backed by a 99.982 percent SLA and a stated 40 Gbps connection to TAS-IX, the national traffic exchange. For buyers the practical use case is disaster recovery or regional latency relief for Tashkent-primary deployments rather than large-scale capacity, given the modest rack count.
