</a>Stavian Digital Park is a proposed hyperscale AI and cloud campus in Ho Chi Minh City, developed by Stavian Hightech Infrastructure, a member of Stavian Group. In September 2026 the U.S. Trade and Development Agency funded a feasibility study for the project, and Cushman & Wakefield was appointed to lead it, with APTelecom supporting the telecom and connectivity workstream. The study covers 15 workstreams, among them market demand, site suitability, power infrastructure, telecommunications, financial viability, sustainability and regulation. The concept is a carrier-neutral campus of roughly 300 hectares with a first phase of 300 MW targeted for 2030, a power mix that includes renewable energy and access to international subsea capacity of up to 200 Tb/s. If built to this scale it would be among the largest planned data center campuses in Southeast Asia. At this stage there is no construction start, tenant or cooling design published, so the project is listed as announced and those fields stay empty.
