Ucom Colocation Data Center

Ucom LLC, one of Armenia's three major telecom operators, has run its own data center in Yerevan since it was first announced at a company press conference reported in April 2010. The facility is still commercially marketed today as a colocation product, sold in fixed unit sizes — 1U, 2U, 4U and 10U slots plus quarter-rack and full 42U-rack options — rather than as bulk MW capacity, which points to a facility oriented toward enterprise and SMB tenants rather than hyperscale or AI workloads. Ucom publishes company-level ISO 9001 (quality management), ISO 27001 (information security), ISO 37001 (anti-bribery) and ISO 37301 (compliance) certifications, but none of these are data-center Tier certifications, and no Uptime Institute or TIA-942 award appears for the site. No street address, total floor area, rack count, power draw or cooling type is published by the operator, so all of those fields are left unpublished. The facility is distinct from the two other catalogued Armenian sites — Firebird's Hrazdan campus and OVIO's Abovyan facility — both of which are newer, larger builds targeting AI and enterprise cloud workloads rather than Ucom's smaller-format colocation offering.
