Construction broke ground in September 2023 and the facility is now, per KevlinX's own announcement, fully built, tested and energized, delivering 16 MW of IT capacity in its first phase. KevlinX describes a clear expansion path toward 32 MW and a long-term campus potential of 65 MW, though those figures are development targets rather than currently delivered capacity. The operator references alignment with Uptime Institute Tier III principles on its site but does not state that BRU01 holds a formal Uptime Tier certification, so that distinction should not be read as a certified rating. KevlinX markets the campus as Belgium's largest by capacity, aimed at hyperscale and large enterprise tenants.
