BRU4 shares its Mercuriusstraat 27 address in Zaventem, near Brussels Airport, with the smaller BRU3 building, and Digital Realty describes it as the newest addition to its Brussels campus. At 159,000 square feet (about 14,800 sqm), it is the largest of the operator's three disclosed Belgian facilities — bigger than BRU1 and BRU3 combined — and the only one of the three that Digital Realty says hosts direct network nodes for Microsoft Azure, AWS and Google Cloud, a distinction the operator markets as unique among Belgian data center campuses. BRU4 runs 2N UPS redundancy with N+1 cooling and carries ISO 14001, ISO 27701, ISO 22301, ISO 50001, PCI-DSS and SOC 2 certifications, plus a LEED Silver sustainability rating that neither BRU1 nor BRU3 carries. The operator states the facility runs entirely on renewable electricity. No IT power figure or year-built date is published. Security follows Digital Realty's standard pattern across the Brussels campus: 24x7 onsite personnel, CCTV with 90-day backup, and biometric or photo-badge access.
