Bell AI Fabric Saskatchewan

Bell announced in March 2026 that its Bell AI Fabric program would build a 300 MW data center campus in the RM of Sherwood, just outside Regina, Saskatchewan — the largest single site disclosed so far in Bell's national AI infrastructure push. The Saskatchewan government approved the development agreement in April 2026 and early earthworks began the same month, with Bell naming local contractors for the initial phases. Cerebras Systems is named as the anchor tenant with roughly 160 MW of contracted capacity, alongside CoreWeave as a second named customer. Bell says the facility will use closed-loop liquid cooling with no draw from municipal water supplies, and the company frames the project as part of a 'nation-building' AI infrastructure strategy that it later said could expand by up to 900 MW more in the province via a non-binding memorandum of understanding announced in September 2026. First data hall is targeted for the first half of 2027. No street address, exact site acreage, or third-party certification has been published; the facility is a Bell-developed and Bell-operated site hosting third-party AI compute customers rather than a traditional retail colocation product.
