Etapa B5 is one of three roughly 1,000 sqm white-room expansions built at Claro Chile's data center campus in Liray, in the Colina commune north of Santiago. Claro Chile is the local arm of América Móvil, the Mexican telecom group, and has invested heavily in the Liray campus as its regional data center hub — press coverage in 2024 described the expanded campus reaching around 70% occupancy and cited a roughly $320 million cumulative investment figure, though Claro's own site does not break out per-building specifications. The Uptime Institute's public registry shows Etapa B5 holding a Tier IV Certification of Design Documents from 2021 and a Tier IV Certification of Constructed Facility awarded in February 2024, making it one of the higher-resilience sites in the Santiago market alongside Equinix's ST2 IBX, already in this catalog. Claro does not publish IT power capacity, rack count or a public address for the site beyond its general Liray/Colina location.
