DC Porvenir (IIA)

Ingeniería e Informática Asociada (IIA), a Chilean IT and connectivity company with more than three decades in the market, operates DC Porvenir at Porvenir 245 in Santiago as its flagship colocation site. The roughly 1,400 sqm (15,000 sq ft) facility holds an Uptime Institute Tier III Certification of Design Documents and ISO 27001 certification, and IIA describes it as supporting more than 1,500 clients across server housing, data backup and storage, colocation for physical servers and communications equipment, and hosted infrastructure with server-rental options. Power resilience is built around a redundant electrical network with N+1 UPS and N+1 generators, and the site runs a 24x7 network operations center with monitoring, remote hands and help-desk support. IIA does not publish IT power capacity in megawatts or rack counts for the building. Unlike global wholesale operators active in Santiago, IIA positions DC Porvenir as a retail colocation and managed-infrastructure site aimed at Chilean enterprises rather than hyperscale or AI-training tenants.
