LF13 is the first data center GDS built on "Langfang Land Site 2," part of its long-running Langfang cluster in Hebei province, within reach of both Beijing airports — the same broader corridor that anchors competing operators' Greater Beijing campuses. GDS disclosed LF13 with a net floor area of 11,344 sqm, construction beginning in the first quarter of 2021 and an expected service date in the first half of 2022; at the time of that disclosure, the building was reported as 50% pre-committed to an existing top customer. LF13 sits alongside LF14, the second and final building GDS developed on the same land site. GDS has not published a specific power (MW) rating, tier certification or full street address for LF13 beyond its Langfang Land Site 2 location, and the remaining developable area on the site was, as of GDS's disclosure, held for future development rather than committed to a named project.
