PDG's Greater Beijing campus sits in the Langfang High-Tech Industrial Development Zone, roughly 30 km from Langfang Railway Station and within reach of both Beijing Daxing and Beijing Capital airports, giving it direct connectivity to the capital without the land and power constraints of building inside the city itself. The campus comprises two sites, LF1 and LF2, spanning a combined floor area of more than 90,000 sqm; LF1 is fully constructed and operational, offering 66 MW across three buildings, while PDG discloses a combined campus capacity of 103 MW once LF2 is factored in, without breaking out LF2's individual figure. The site is pitched at hyperscale, large-enterprise and AI customers and forms the anchor of PDG's five-site China footprint, which also includes campuses in Nanjing, Nantong and Shanghai. No formal Uptime Institute or TIA-942 tier certification is published for the campus, and PDG does not disclose a network-carrier list beyond describing the site as carrier neutral. As PDG's largest disclosed China facility, Langfang gives the operator a scaled entry point into the Beijing metro's cloud and AI demand.

  • 103 MW combined campus capacity across two sites
  • LF1 fully built and operational at 66 MW across 3 buildings
  • 90,000+ sqm total floor area
  • Positioned for hyperscale, large-enterprise and AI tenants
