Why prices sit where they do

Prague is home to nine disclosed facilities across eight independent Czech operators, with no international hyperscale colocation brand yet represented in the catalog. CE Colo's DC1 (2001, 2.6 MW, ISO 9001/14001/27001) and T-Mobile Czech Republic's newer DC7 (2018, ANSI/TIA-942-A Rating 3, up to 30 kW/rack) anchor the market's two fullest records; TTC Teleport's DC2 in Malešice adds 6.4 MW across 4,000 sqm. The remainder — MasterDC (with a second site in Brno), SafeDX, Casablanca INT, COOLHOUSING and České Radiokomunikace's DC Tower — are smaller independent colocation and server-hosting providers, most publishing only an address and partial specs. None of the nine facilities carries a verified third-party Uptime Institute Tier certification; several operators use design-level 'Tier III' language the catalog does not treat as equivalent.
