Greenergy Data Centers — Best data center in Estonia 2026
#1 of 3 · See the list →

Greenergy Data Centers operates Estonia's largest publicly documented colocation facility, at Alajaama tee 1 in Hüüru, Saue parish, just west of Tallinn. Backed by the Three Seas Initiative Investment Fund and built on the site of the former MCF Group Estonia data center it acquired, the building has been running since late 2020 and spans 14,500 sqm across two server-room floors. The operator currently has 18 MW of contracted power, says it can raise that to 31.5 MW immediately, and has a path to more than 300 MW of grid capacity within 18 months — figures aimed at hyperscale and AI tenants rather than traditional retail colocation. Greenergy targets a PUE below 1.2 and states the site runs on 100% renewable energy, though it does not publish a specific renewable-mix percentage. The facility is built to EN 50600 design guidance and holds ISO 27001 and PCI DSS certification; no Uptime Institute Tier certificate has been issued to any Estonian data center as of this research, Greenergy included.
