Techno Digital Chennai

Techno Digital Chennai is the first data center brought into service by Techno Digital, the colocation subsidiary of Indian power-infrastructure company Techno Electric. The campus sits inside SIPCOT IT Park in Siruseri, an established data center corridor south of Chennai that already hosts several other operators' buildings. Techno Digital markets the site with 50 MW of IT capacity and describes it as designed for high-density colocation and AI workloads, positioning the company as a new entrant competing with established Indian and international colocation operators. The facility holds an ANSI/TIA-942-B Facility Rated 3 certification from EPI, confirming a concurrently maintainable electrical and mechanical design once construction was verified against the standard. Techno Digital has publicly announced further sites in Noida and Kolkata as part of a national expansion plan, with Chennai serving as its proof of concept and largest disclosed facility to date. Beyond the headline power figure and certification, the operator has not published a detailed breakdown of floor area, rack count, or tenant mix for the Siruseri campus.
