Hyderabad is where CtrlS built its business, and the metro remains the operator's largest existing footprint: DC1 (1,152 racks, 6 MW), DC2 (720 racks, 7.4 MW) and DC3 (3,500 racks, 13 MW) together offer roughly 26.4 MW of IT power and 5,370 racks across three buildings, secured to CtrlS's six-, eight- and nine-zone security tiers respectively. Cooling runs on water-cooled chillers with 72 hours of backup storage, and the site sits in Seismic Zone 2, about 29 km from Hyderabad's airport. CtrlS has announced two further hyperscale campuses in the metro to serve AI-scale demand: a 40-acre Chandanvalley campus sanctioned for 700 MW of power (scalable to 1.4 GW) on a 400 kV GIS connection, and a 36-acre Pharmacity campus planned for 750 MW (scalable to 1.2 GW) positioned as a 100% green-power project. Neither expansion campus has a confirmed opening date. Together the announced pipeline would make Hyderabad by far CtrlS's largest metro, reinforcing Telangana's position as one of India's fastest-growing AI data center hubs.
