STT Jaipur 1 is ST Telemedia Global Data Centres' first facility in Rajasthan, sited in the RIICO Industrial Area at Sitapura on Tonk Road, and marketed by the operator as the state's first high-performance data centre. It was ready for service from June 2026 and formally launched in a July 2026 press release, with a design IT load of 6 MW and a total connected power load of up to 10 MVA drawn from dual, diverse and redundant 33kV feeds off the 220kV and 132kV Sitapura substations. The three-storey building is engineered for up to 10 kW per rack without supplemental cooling, a density the operator positions as AI-ready, backed by modular N+N UPS and N+C generator capacity and a target uptime SLA of 99.982%. Floor space is reported inconsistently between the operator's own pages — 95,300 sq ft on the locations page versus 5,971 sqm across three storeys in the launch release — likely a built-up-versus-usable-area distinction rather than a factual error, but neither figure has been reconciled publicly. As STT GDC's entry point into a new Indian state, Jaipur 1 extends the operator's national footprint beyond its established metro clusters.
