CtrlS's Noida facility in Sector 127 packs 8 MW of IT load into a basement-plus-seven-storey building (B1+G+7+terrace), certified Rated-4 for concurrent maintainability and built to seismic zone-5 earthquake standards. The design pairs liquid-cooled racks — aimed at AI workloads and higher energy efficiency — with N+N redundant power feeds and 96 hours of diesel-generator backup, all wrapped in CtrlS's nine-zone, military-grade security protocol. Sixty percent of the facility's power is drawn from solar, and the site uses advanced water-recycling systems as part of its sustainability program. Multiple diverse fiber entry paths keep the campus carrier-neutral. At 1.02 lakh sq ft, it is smaller than CtrlS's other Rated-4 metro campuses in Mumbai and Chennai but shares the same fault-tolerant design philosophy, positioning it for enterprises and AI-focused tenants serving the Delhi-NCR market.
