STT Jakarta 2

STT Jakarta 2 is the second facility on ST Telemedia Global Data Centres' Kota Deltamas campus in Cikarang, part of Greater Jakarta, and began commercial operations in June 2026 with 24 MW of IT load. The building is engineered for high-density, AI-ready deployments, with a design PUE below 1.30 and cooling infrastructure built to support next-generation NVIDIA platforms including Vera Rubin and Vera Rubin Ultra, giving tenants a path to liquid cooling without a separate retrofit. STT GDC paired the launch with the topping-out of the neighboring STT Jakarta 3 building and groundbreaking on STT Jakarta 5 and 6 — two further 40 MW facilities — taking the campus toward a combined pipeline of more than 360 MW. The campus runs on Indonesia's first on-site high-voltage substation built specifically for a data center, part of a renewable-energy strategy developed with state utility PLN aimed at carbon-neutral operation from day one. STT Jakarta 2 carries ISO 27001 and PCI DSS certification and is financed in part through STT GDC's first green loan tranche in Indonesia, reflecting the sustainability requirements increasingly attached to hyperscale debt in the region.
