CyrusOne DUB1

CyrusOne's DUB1 occupies Grange Castle Business Park South in County Dublin, giving the operator its first data center in Ireland. The site comprises three buildings totalling 22,854 sqm of technical IT space and 54 MW of IT capacity, with power delivered through an active/active dual-redundant supply totalling 80 MVA and a dedicated electrical plant on each floor. Cooling uses a closed-loop water system designed to keep both PUE and WUE low. Data halls sit on 900 mm raised floors with 4,200 mm of clear height, and the campus is carrier-neutral with diverse fiber connectivity. CyrusOne runs DUB1 on 100% renewable electricity and operates a Zero Waste to Landfill program. The operator is a founding member of the DC's for Bees Pollinator Plan, and the grounds include native grasslands, wildflower meadows and pollinator-friendly wetlands. An on-site mechanical and electrical engineering team and layered 24/7/365 security support enterprise and hyperscale tenants moving into the Dublin market.
